Most of the courses in a semester are 4 credit hours, and students are expected to
attend all of the lectures and practicals. A 75% attendance rate is required for most
courses, and those who are absent for more than 2 weeks may be required to forfeit
their classes. Class attendance is recorded during the first week of classes.
Full-time undergraduate students are required to have at least 28 credits per semester.
For graduate and postgraduate programs, the minimum is 37 and 16 respectively.

In addition to regular classes, students also have 8 weeks of practicum or internship.
Orientation is usually held the first week in April, followed by classes in the fourth week.
For the second semester, students start their studies in the second week of October.
During the third week of August, students start their practicum, while in the fourth
week of October, they complete their work. For the Christmas break, they have 3 weeks
left.
The academic year ends by the first week of April, and the new one begins by the fourth
week of April. Orientation is held the first week of April. After that, classes start in the
fourth week. During the third week of August, students start their practicum, while in
the second week of October, they complete their work.

To receive their awards, students must demonstrate their competency by preparing a
scholarly work that has been approved by the seminary’s research committee. This work

must follow the guidelines for educational research. Students must secure permission
from the seminary to publish their work.

Students who wish to graduate from a seminary program must first submit their
Dissertation, thesis or project and complete all of their course requirements. The
ceremony, which usually takes place on the third Saturday in April, is mandatory.

A student’s academic performance is not enough to guarantee that he or she will
graduate. A student must also be considered worthy of being considered for graduation.
At every graduation ceremony, the Registrar or the Provost will use the academic ethos to
describe the qualities that make a student worthy of being considered for the degree.
They will also invoke the person’s character and academic achievements when making
the decision to award the degree.
From the student’s initial phase to the end of his or her academic career, the character
and learning of a person are two of the most important factors that determine whether
or not a student will be considered for graduation.
